Bookings

1. Client must view room before booking. Use this link to book a preferred day, date and time.
2. After viewing room, client can book the studio by contacting us. The client booking is only guaranteed after payment has been confirmed.
3. Extra time would be paid for before the client leaves the premises.

Podcast

4. A podcast recording session can only have a maximum of two or three people on set.
5. Persons under the age of 18 should be supervised.

Editing

6. The client would be provided with the tools/devices available. Extra or external tools/devices would have to be communicated ahead of time and could attract more charges.
7. The clients are responsible for providing their logo, signature song, intro and outro video template.
8. Clients are to come with a device to collect their edited/recorded files.
9. Files can be sent to clients, but this file can only be available for download within 24 hours.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

10. Note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
11. Cancelling or rescheduling can only be done 48 hours before the appointment time.
12. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours would be considered a “no show” and the paid session is lost.

Promotion

14. All content produced in FT Studio can be used by Foteino Talento for marketing purposes except explicitly stated by the client in advance.

Storage

15. We backup client recorded files/edited files for 1 month after project completion.
16. Clients can request the file within this period but not beyond this time.

Copyright

17. Clients are responsible for all copyright or licensing issues.

Technical

18. If there is an interrupted session due to technical reasons, human error or equipment failure, client should be rest assured that a new appointment time (mutually agreed) will be given.
